kevin1a.jpg (9339 bytes) Kevin A. Muhammad is gradually becoming recognized as a foremost health researcher and author. Passionately called a "research scientist" by many of his peers, Mr. Muhammad is noted for his sensible use of science - anatomy, biochemistry, biology and food science - to show how disease-free living is easily attainable through proper diet and lifestyle practices.

As a member of the Nation of Islam for 25 years, Mr. Muhammad has focused his research on verifying the correctness of the dietary instructions given by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in the books, How To Eat To Live (Book 1 & 2). The essential facets of these instructions include the proper foods to eat and the proper time to eat those foods.

Mr. Muhammad, a senior technical and medical writer, has written extensively about health, nutrition, and healthy living. He has authored several outstanding health books, and many of his articles have appeared in regional publications. His volume series, FAQs About How To Eat To Live, is considered an "eye-opener" into the reasoning behind the dietary mandates issued in the books, How To Eat To Live (Book 1 & 2). His other books include Nuts Are Not Good for Humans; The Slave Diet, Disease & Reparations; and Obesity, Diabetes & How To Eat To Live. These books are advertised and available nationwide.

Currently, Kevin A. Muhammad has television program, which runs periodically, where he discusses critical health subjects and provides health and dietary guidance. This program airs on Local Access Television Channel 28 in New Castle County, Delaware, and is hosted by Black Information Television. The potential viewing audience is approximately 200,000.

Mr. Muhammad continues to research and write books and publications. Forthcoming books include topics on breast cancer, food pathogens, and the third volume of FAQs About How To Eat To Live.  His latest book "The Perils of Eating Poisonous Animal" is being used as the dietary bible in a national campaign to get rid of pork in Black communities.

Kevin A. Muhammad resides in Newark, Delaware with his wife, Marcia, and their children, Kevin, Jr., and Krystina.
